workplace wellbeing

Thanks for some great sessions Nicola, I was particularly loving this feedback comment-when asked what was good: ‘The way it was presented with the genius expert , Nicola Moore’

  • Kate howell, better bankside

Nicola was kind enough to run a session for Better Bankside Women's Network, on how to help and support our health as working women. The session was hugely popular, with members of the network learning new skills and leaving energised and inspired. Nicola was able to impart information in an approachable and engaging way and was an utter joy to arrange the session with. Approachable, knowledgeable and extremely good at what she does! If you are looking for an inspiring speaker for any event around wellness and nutrition, look no further than Nicola.

  • kelly casanova, senior producer, sky creative

What Nicola doesn’t know about food isn’t worth knowing!
Nicola provided an enlightening training on food and the effect on hormones for a 60+ strong group of colleagues at Sky Creative as part of our Women’s Wellbeing Week.
Everyone who attended was blown away by her knowledge and enthusiasm on the topic. Nicola is so excited by the way nutrition feeds in to every aspect of our wellbeing, it is quite infectious.
She also provided daily nutrition tips and recipes, all simple and easy to follow without any guilt laden mantras - impossible to go wrong.
I very much look forward to working with her again on future events.

  • caroline fursse, Communications & Employee Services, Viasat World

As part of our Wellbeing program, I invited Nicola Moore in to host a bespoke presentation for our employees. Nicola was a delight to work with. She delivered an inspiring and valuable session that helped eliminate confusion around the many different nutrition and diet messages, and understanding more about the right way to eat. Nicola's professional expertise meant staff went away motivated with newfound knowledge, tips and insights. And Nicola's fun and warm way of presenting inspired an interactive session with time for questions - she also gave time at the end for 1:1 discussions. Even after the event, Nicola provided valuable materials,

I can highly recommend Nicola as a external guest speaker for corporate events (big and small) that align with wellbeing, nutrition and mental health.

  • saoirse medway, programme manager, the bridge

Nicola recently gave an excellent nutrition talk at The Bridge, a women's health and wellbeing charity, as part of our project for women going through peri-menopause, menopause, and post-menopause.

Nicola's approach was highly personable and engaging. She tailored her presentation to address the questions and concerns of our community members, making the information accessible and actionable.

Our community members came away feeling equipped with clarity and confidence on how they can make simple and positive nutrition and lifestyle changes to address the changes to their body, mental health, sleep and energy due to menopause.

I highly recommend getting in touch with Nicola if you're interested her delivering a nutrition related talk!

The insight you gave into how our diet can impact our mood and performance was so thought-provoking for many of us.

Your contribution was so perfect for the end of such a packed day, and the number of delegates who remained, was true testament to their desire to hear you speak.

The insight you gave into how our diet can impact our mood and performance was so thought provoking for many of us. The way in which you managed the delegates with your light hearted manner was a delight to bear witness to.

We know many of our colleagues went away with a changed mind set as to how they can do things differently in relation their nutrition and health goals, due to a better understanding and practical tips from your presentation.

You left our delegates buzzing, inspired and ready to take their regenerated energy back to their place of work. Whilst also considering their own wellbeing and the role of good nutrition.

  • sarah bingham, minds@work

You made a difference to people’s lives last night.

It’s very seldom that people have the opportunity to take a deep drive into a subject like this and walk away with such a breadth of usable information at a paid event, let alone at a free event. Nutrition is a subject where the media, social media influencers and the food industry send out so many inaccurate and contradictory messages. Your presentation was perfect; you took information grounded in evidence and presented it in an easy to understand way whilst still providing all of the science behind it.

What an honour to have you on the Minds@Work stage! Thank you so much for making this such a great evening and for all the time you spent developing this.
