Today we held the very first Lives & Forks Lunch Club — and it was genuinely a joy.

We talked about this month’s recipe, Winter Energy Lentil Salad, and explored the traditions, nutrition, and lived experiences that shape how we eat.
Today is a personal milestone for me — I’m turning 50. 🎂
