Clinical Support Groups

for Nutritional Therapists & Nutrition Students

A safe, supportive space to gain confidence, develop clinical skills, and grow your business - with expert guidance and a small community of peers.

with Nicola Moore

You don’t have to do this alone

Being a self-employed nutritional therapist — or a nutrition student in training — can feel overwhelming and isolating.

Even with your training, you might still find yourself:

  • Second-guessing your clinical decisions

  • Unsure about lab tests, supplement choices, or complex cases

  • Struggling to turn your passion into a thriving business

  • Missing the peer support and guidance you had during training

If you’re a student, you might also be:

  • Feeling out of your depth with case study work

  • Unsure how to apply theory to real-world scenarios

  • Worrying about “getting it right” in training clinic cases

The truth is: success in this field doesn’t happen in isolation.

Every great practitioner has a network of trusted colleagues to turn to for insight, advice, and encouragement.

That’s exactly what these groups offer.

For Students: A Dedicated group Just for You

If you’re still studying, you can join a student-specific group designed to:

  • Support your case study work and training clinic cases

  • Build your confidence before you start in practice

  • Help you connect theory with practical application

what happens after you join:

1.  We’ll get in touch personally
Once you sign up, we’ll contact you directly to assign you to the group that will work best for you. We’ll take into account your current work schedule and whether you’re a practising NT, a new graduate, or a student.

2. Immediate access to the Members’ Portal
You’ll get instant entry to our resources — including lab test education videos, business insights, and the members-only podcast.

3. Group details & meeting dates
Once your group is confirmed, we’ll send you your meeting dates and times (with reminders before each session). Meetings are relaxed — it’s fine to arrive late or leave early — and every session is recorded and shared with your small group the following day.

You’ll also be added to your dedicated WhatsApp group, so you can connect, ask questions, and share ideas between meetings.

what members say

“Nicola brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth and humour to the support group and I have learnt so much… I’m convinced that if I hadn’t joined, I’d probably still be stalling about seeing my first client as a graduate. The group was my ‘push’ and safety blanket all in one.”

“When you finally graduate as a nutritional therapist, it can be both exhilarating and frightening. How to start, to take great case histories, to give the best advice, to know everything there is to know about nutrition - these were only some of the worries I had after graduation. When I started attending the monthly group coaching sessions, I had started seeing some clients, but was still terrified. As most of the nutritionists in my group shared similar anxieties, Nicola encouraged and helped us to find our own individual ways of working with clients. There were so many ‘aha’ moments and with every session I found myself relaxing more and more (also because Nicola is a very warm and friendly person). I cannot recommend working with Nicola enough, I am forever grateful to have found her coaching, which has put me at ease and taught me to enjoy the process.” - Ernesta Jakučionė

"I joined Nicola’s Clinical Support Group whilst I was still a student. I knew I wanted to join because I loved her realistic approach to nutritional therapy having seen her in lectures. Nicola brings a wealth of knowledge, warmth and humour to the support group and I have learnt so much. I have observed Nicola give advice on a range of different cases and I have found this invaluable as both a student and now as a practitioner. Nicola and the other nutritional therapists in the group discuss the many different angles you can approach a case and I'm always learning about a fresh approach with food, lifestyle and supplement ideas. I always leave the support group feeling educated, inspired and eager to see my clients with some new tricks up my sleeve! I’m convinced that if I hadn’t joined, I’d probably still be stalling about seeing my first client as a graduate. The group was my “push” and safety blanket all in one. I can’t imagine practicing, even with more experience, without a group like this! I believe this is ESSENTIAL for career development and giving my clients the best possible service. ." - Angharad Griffiths
