A free monthly online lunch club for sharing happy food times and exploring how food shapes our lives.

What is it?

Each month, you’ll receive a simple, cost-effective lunch recipe that’s bursting with flavour and healthful ingredients.

Then, on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (12–1pm GMT), join Nicola live on Zoom for an uplifting lunchtime get-together. Together we’ll:

  • Share our experience of the recipe (no pressure — come whether you tried it or not!)

  • Explore a monthly theme spotlighting the positive impact food can have on our bodies and minds.

  • Connect with others over food, conversation, and inspiration.

  • Easy recipes — no advanced skills required

  • Fresh ideas to bring more variety to your lunches
